Mike came right away and serviced a leak.. installed two new water valves and repaired our dryer vent after a botched costco washer/dryer installation. Courteous, friendly and a true professional.

Mike at DrainRooter Plumbing has been my plumber for several years. He performs annual maintenance on my backwater valve and has repaired all the toilets in my house. At all times, Mike has been professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Most recently, I had a major plumbing issue. It was quite urgent that I replace the old, root-filled clay pipes outside my home with PVC pipes. This was a huge undertaking. Mike and his crew were absolute professionals! They arrived on time and worked tirelessly to excavate the site and replace the pipes. Afterwards, they did a superb job of filling in the area. The clean-up was immaculate. All of this was done in one day! Mike and his crew worked hard, efficiently and did a fantastic job. I can't stress enough how professional and knowledgeable Mike is about the work he does. Great service. Mike came to replace my kitchen faucet. Was able to get an appointment within a few hours of my call. Mike was quick, quiet, and overall professional. Also he wore a mask the whole time and also wore booties, so I was pleased to see he was taking precautions for COVID.
