Whoever handles your after hours telephone line needs better training. I called and confirmed that Cynergy services residential units and was told that I would receive a call back to confirm an appointment. I received no call back and took it upon myself to call in to make an appointment. It turns out that Cynergy DOES NOT service residental units. Don't waste your time here if you're not looking for commercial service.
