We've used Cintas for over two years, and the entire time has been a nightmare, with shady drivers, purposely leaving and billing for extra unneeded product. They have repeatedly installed poor quality and faulty products, like dispensers etc.. They make holes in the wall , install them poorly and then take weeks to re-install, if at all. One item has been incorrectly installed and countlessly asked to be removed for over a year. They send invoices, with weekly over charges that we have to monitor to avoid over paying, on a regular basis. Their management is worse than their service, trying to constantly sell and resell us on poor service that we have countlessly expressed dissatisfaction with. When we tried to terminate our relationship with them, after 2 years of poor service and hundreds of emails trying to express to their management, they have done nothing but take aggressive action towards us to maintain our monthly payments, despite all the problems we had with them on a weekly basis for two years straight. Watch out for this scam and terrible company
If you need a uniform service it's the only way to go.
