This long term care home takes care of my mother. Not only do they provide a home for her, they take care of her emotionally as well. I rate this place a 5 star. Much respect and love to the staff on the 7th floor.

After four years I believe there isn’t a more responsive group of care workers here working within the parameters of which the Long Term Care Residences have available to them. The nursing staff, PCPs, Activity Group, Behavioural, Maintenance and Dietary all rally together for the best care to the residents. I witnessed this today when a resident began to choke on a bit of muffin and the care staff throughout the building came to help. Fortunately, the nurse on duty is capable and with the PCP’s help was able to dislodge the food. It was a tense few moments for all but it made me understand the complexities of managing a LTC as well as the lives of our loved ones which we leave in their hands.
Horrible management, the whole administration need to be fired, they simply don't care about the residents or the employees, the place is dirty, they don't control anything, they are there to make money for them self, i hope Chart-well see this and take some action
