Can I give 0 stars??? What initially made me decide to use this company was the fact that i could take the points I had accumulated on my Visa card to book my flight. What I didn't know and soon came to realize is that god forbid you have a medical emergency on your trip and need to contact this company to postpone your flight that you would have to not only TRY to figure it out on your own, but then have to call the airlines to try and chanhe your flight... only to be told you, the client cannot change your flight only the booking agent. So all in all, DO NOT use these people. 1) I ended up using all my points to buy a flight which when i had a medical emergency no one could accomidate me because they're closed on weekends and no support line incase of things like this (very unorganized company) 2) Ended up spending more money in the long run on a whole new flight. 3) Contacted them and apperantly there was nothing they WOULD DO (except play email tag) even after showing them the back and forth emailed to the airlines as well as to their staff that responded after i had missed the flight. 4) Oh and not to mention the luggage i lost so heading to my destination that still has not been found. 5) Absolutely unable to provide ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT. Oh and still havent heard back regarding how they're going to compensate me for this (they dont respond to emails) its been 4 months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN GETTING IT.
