Brock is my go to for Doors and Windows. I find them reasonably priced, good work quality and reputable when I need any follow-up. All staff that have arrived at the house have been courteous and accommodating. I am very pleased with my new windows and expect it will save on the energy bill. Brock made a follow-up visit when I had some concerns and questions addressing them all.

Helped select the best solution to install patio doors where a smaller window existed for floor to ceiling brightness. Install required cutting a larger hole, install of doors and custom window, and siding repair on the 2nd floor of my home despite no deck outside! Fast, clean, reasonable. Love it.
Installed 20 windows in our house both efficiently and effectively during these uncertain times. Followed all measures to make it an enjoyable experience for us. Would highly recommend Brock if you are looking to replace your windows.
We really wanted Northstar windows and Brock had a stellar reputation as an installer. Everything was very professional and a 3 phase process: sales rep to gather rough dimensions and quote, measurement team to do precise measurements, then installers. All were very professional and adhered to all COVID safety measures that were in place at the time. The installation took only a day for all 7 windows which was great. Every window looks great. The installers were generally very clean and cleaned up well. We did notice some caulking on our shingles and they quickly sent someone to come clean it up. We were left very satisfied.
We had a great experience dealing with Brock Doors and Windows. Our sales rep helped us use the last of the GreenON government rebates, although the refund hasn't come through yet, is substantial at 500 per window and helped lower our bill from the original 6000 quote to around 3500. These windows are triple pane and with brick-to-brick full installation. The windows are of nice quality along with experienced installers guarantee the job is going to be finished properly and on time. Our sales rep suggested that I visit one of their showrooms, which was a new one in the west end near Kipling and Evans Ave. They have a nice sample set up with different walls so you can see how the trim is done. The espresso colour looked good on display so I opted to pay extra for the colour inside and out which is unusual and turned out stunning! The colour is part of the frame and not painted on and does not cheapen the appearance of the window frame. Even the hardware matches We had an issue with one of the screens being too tight for the frame and difficult to snap in and out. I had no problem contacting service and booking a visit from their service rep who is going to replace the screen with a new one. This kind of service is what I appreciate with a major upgrade to a home. It's easy to get the work done, but when a problem arises, the better companies like Brock will stand behind their work. I also appreciated that Brock was ok with payment by credit card for points, and was super helpful with doing the paperwork for the GreenON government rebate program. Brock even has their own personnel to handle this part of the job. Thanks Brock!
