Have only good things to say. The owner , Bill, was prompt and professional and arrived today, early am for my convenience. . He explained why my current central vacuum was not performing as it should and explained the various options. I chose to purchase a new, more powerful and fully warrantied BEAM unit and Bill installed it immediately. This was a pleasurable and non pressured experience and purchase. I would definitely go back and refer friends and family

Five star service at very reasonable prices. My partner and I had an older vacuum system and wanted to add outlets in the garage and house and Bill, the owner not only laid out all the pieces required, but also showed us exactly what to do. We took all the parts home, installed the new outlets and had no extra parts. Bill really knows his job! We went to a big box store and were unable to receive any help and ended up finding Bill's business on-line. If you're looking for new a system or parts, Bill has a very wide selection. I would highly recommend trying this store out if you are looking for service, good pricing, selection and knowledge.
Beam central was able to diagnose and fix my vacuum power head extremely quickly. I own a Panasonic vacuum and they were still able to service my machine and install a new drive belt without any fuss. Exceptional price as well as friendly service! They saved me from buying a whole vacuum cleaning system and a large headache! Thanks Beam Central!
I have been dealing with Bill for over a dozen years and I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and is as honest as they come. No games, just solid advice and he stands behind everything he sells. The one on one personal service is one that you will not find in most big box stores. Wish there were more people like Bill.
