Unorganized, huge wait times, bad customer service. Waiting for 3 hours to pick up material
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dealt with a lady named Carla today at reception, she was extremely ignorant and uncaring. She not only didn’t value my business, but she also lacked any sort of interest in her job as all she cared about is her paycheque. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today as a paying customer, I do not appreciate being treated the way I was today nor do I deserve to be. Because at the end of the day my money is the one paying for her to be able to even work at your business. I will not be returning as a customer until this is addressed further.
Company pay well, excellent safety equipment. Managements are friendly, would come by and talk to you not talking down on you. Best company to work for with growth potential for the right candidates. Full medical benefits for your Family. Dental, safety shoe once a year eyes wear once a year. Lots of workers have been there for a long time and very happy.
Called them 7(!) times as I really was interested in their doors. Left multiple messages on the answering machine of the main line and 3 messages on several customer service reps their assistant connected me to (as they didn't pick up either)- needles to say I received no call back from either. Now, just imagine you actually buy one of their product and NEED customer support for it. Thanks for nothing!
