Customer service is great! I used the chat the ask some questions and they were so helpful to make sure I was getting the right parts. The 1st part I ordered was defective, returning it for a replacement was pretty easy (only down side was I had to pay for shipping the return). The replacement part came quickly and works perfectly!!! I'm so glad to be able to use my phone again, and didn't have to take it to a repair shop risking losing all my content. The price for the part was far better than anywhere else I was quoted. Would use them again, but hoping not to have to.

EDIT: After posting below I was approached by a Chris P from ESource who quickly fixed the situation. A working part was delivered the next day via FedEx. Before purchasing a product from Esource, I called the store to make sure the part was new and not refurbished. They assured me all their parts are new. When I received my order the word \damage\ was written on the board? I gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested an RMA to get a new board. The process took two months before I received my second board, which was ALSO broken. I contacted support and they assured me that all their parts are new. They asked why I thought otherwise.... really? See the pictures. I requested a full refund as they never delivered what I ordered. They have yet to respond to me.

Very accommodating. I made a slight booboo with my order and they resolved it seamlessly and very very quickly. Hardly any effort needed on my pet. The repair went smoothly and the parts worked perfectly.

EDIT: They offered me a full refund, I will switch my review to 4 stars when the refund is complete as they got back to me the next day and offered a refund immediately. Ordered a PS4 Pro disc drive and received a PS4 Slim disc drive. These items are not compatible and I didn't figure this out until i installed it and it didn't work (Takes about 2 hours to take apart a PS4 Pro and put it back together). Had to take it apart again to realize as the laser is the model for the PS4 Slim (KEM-490AAA) and not for the PS4 Pro (KES-496A). You have to take apart the disk drive to see the laser to figure it out... Not very happy about this.
