Hired Empanada Papa for a lunch and learn I had downtown Vancouver. The food and the sauces were a true success, product came on time and everyone repeated! Great experience!! Something different and a great improvement from the the usual pizzas/sandwiches available.
Served at a recent party and they were a huge hit. Fortunately, I overestimated my food needs and I had several left over in the freezer - made a quick, easy weeknight dinner with some veggies on the side. My favorite is Celine - ham and gorgeous cheese stuffed full.
The ONLY place to go for the best empanadas in town. Unfortunately gluten free is not available.
I was very excited to pickup these empanadas, but to my dismay, there was ZERO flavour. Picked up almost one of each and really wish I had some salt packets and seasonings for these when I was eating them. Filling should be cooked together with some spices.
Love the ham and cheese empanada, followed closely by the vegan pocket. Can't wait to buy some frozen empanadas to take home and enjoy
Misleading business name. Not authentic at all, name should change to westernized empanadas with no flavour, tasted like frozen or canned vegetables and unspiced meat. Would not get these again. Very nice owner and great clean facility however.
These empanadas are a great option for lunch, snacks or anytime! the sauces give the extra flavour that blends really well with all the empanadas. I definitely recommend them because they are super easy to warm up in the oven if you order a lot to keep in your fridge. Go and get your Empanadas Papa now :)
