Very easy to deal with. Michelle (Windsor office) is very knowledgeable about facilities. They did not have the size of unit required so she made special arrangement to have 2 of smaller units at same price. Would go again in future if storage is required. Easy & covenient access to unit.

I am not renting at the store but did visit it while looking for storage for my upcoming move. It came down to this location and their Tecumseh location. I chose the Tecumseh location because it is a staffed facility but this one looks just as good. I just prefer a location where I can go in and pay my bill in person. Highly recommended.

Terrible service!!! We arrived on Saturday with our access code and a full load to put in our unit. The access code didn't work. We had to have our rental back at 6:00 so we were right on track for time. Now we couldn't get in. Luckily there was a Uhaul behind us who put in his code and let us in. He said this happens all the time. So we unloaded and got to the gate with our truck and rented trailer and couldn't get out!!! We were stuck in there. My sister, wife and myself. We called the number it says to call right where you put the access code in and no one answered. We left several messages and of course no return call. We finally got a hold of someone in the states who said he could help us. He was to call Rachelle and he hung up. We never heard back from him or anyone. Now we have been waiting for over an hour. I had to jump over the fence to get out we live down the street. I walked home our dogs needed to be let out. So now I am home and they are still waiting. The police were called and they came. They were waiting for the fire department so they could be let out with a ladder!!! So I came back with a ladder since they had been waiting now almost 3 hours!!! No call from anyone at Store and Save. With the help of the police they got out with our ladder. As this was all happening someone drove by really slow with their window down then pulled into the lot next to the storage. I know this was this Rachelle or someone to do with Store and Save. My sister asked are you Rachelle she said no!!! As the police approached her she left. I wanted to video her car and she went the other way to avoid me!!!! So now my wife's truck and the trailer are still in the bloody storage place. We owe for 2 days on our rental not one and we cannot get out truck out!!! What a outfit. Terrible service!! Avoid this place. Still no call from anyone and no access code. I have pictures of the police rescuing them. I wish I could post those.
My sister just wrote the last posted review. I just want to add that the sign shows 30 days for 30 dollars. When I inquired about this the manager Rachel told me that they no longer have this promotion and I asked if she was going to honour the promotion as it has been advertise on their sign in front of the facility for quite sometime time and she said that it was going to be taken down. Well yesterday when I moved my things into the unit the sign still read 30 days for 30 dollars. My sister and her wife live just down the street from store n save and that promotion has been up for quite sometime now. If your going to post a promotion and your not going to stand behind it when someone inquires about not only myself then take it down immediately. If it’s not a valid promotion then take it down as this is false advertising. I only chose this place as my sister just lives down the street and I am moving close. After our experience last night we have yet to hear from anyone at store n save and it’s now noon on Sunday and their mailbox is still full from messages we left, the opp left and the representative from the states that we spoke with that was trying to help us.
