Southfield has completed windows and doors for us over these last 6 years. The windows were completed first. The warmth we immediately felt after their replacement was unbelievable. The quality is very high and so well made. The decrease in sound coming in from outside really indicated the deterioration of the old ones. Their professionalism was excellent. Their cleanup was fantastic and appreciated. All of this, along with their competitive pricing, meant we were going straight to them with our door replacement. Communication with Jason and his team was easy and had very quick responses to our questions. Just a phenomenal job done making the custom doors (and screen doors) to our color and design specifications. The same results also - no more draft, no more outside sounds, and the doors feel heavy and secure. I would recommend Southfield to anyone looking to shop locally and be confident in their purchase of windows and doors.

I was in need of all new windows and 2 doors in our Waterloo home. A coworker used Southfield windows and after hearing how impressed she was with the quality, price, and service I called Jason and setup a consultation. After seeing the quality of their windows and having their installers pre-measure everything so there were no surprises, I was sold. The installers are very good at what they do, I was surprised at the quality and speed of work. I will be ordering a sliding glass door which I should have done with the others. Since our home is 1940's he even helped me decide on a lighter color to break up some of the wood interior, I love the look. The exterior was finished in black and it boosted my curb appeal immediately! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience using the services of Southfield Windows & Doors from start to finish. The biggest difference we’ve noticed is how much quieter our bedroom windows are. Our sales rep (Jason) came out twice to measure (initial consultation and final production measurements) which was done with a long ladder from the exterior. As Jason said accurate measurements are one of the most important elements when installing new windows and doors, and was even more comforting to know they were going to be custom made in Elmira. This was definitely a difference we noticed from other companies we received a quote from. Pricing was very competitive and they also cleaned up after finishing the work and it looked perfect. What a terrific experience. Thank you!

I had Southfield replace my old front door and they did an amazing job!! Workers were on time and very friendly. They came with all the proper equipment and took all their trash, including my old doors, with them when they left. They even left me little bottles of touch up paint just incase I would need it down the road. They offered a good competitive price and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to everyone.

After reviewing other window companies we decided to go with Southfield based on a few reasons: 1. Very responsive 2. Attention to details 3. Great variety as they are custom orders 4. Pricing was on point (not too cheap to cause worry and certainly not expensive). We upgraded from old 80’s windows to black framed windows and French doors and the team they sent did a phenomenal job, cleaned up after themselves and the finished product looks amazing. Highly recommend these if you are looking for windows or doors.

Jason was patient as I take a while to make a decision! We had our front door and a large custom front window replaced. The installation team was careful (covid masks and distance and cleaning up behind themselves). The installation went smoothly and all the small details we asked for - done beautifully. The reduction in heat through that big window is significant - room is much more comfortable and air conditioner is running less.
