Charlene is one of the most incredible people I have ever met! Her standards and level of perfection is otherworldly! My 90 year old mother had been having issues with her hearing aids and Charlene was extremely patient with resolving the many issues for her. Her skill and knowledge are amazing and her professionalism is incredible. Obviously we had a truly wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to telling as many folks as possible that Charlene is the person they need to see with any hearing issues at all!
