I've seen a few of their massage therapists there and they have given great therapeutic massage, really targeting your problem areas and come back with some exercises for you to help it. I also love that they have an easy to use booking system which automatically confirms since I am usually last minute at booking appointments!

I had an incredible massage with Nicole. She is knowledgeable and really gets into treatimg any concerns you have. She is thorough and consistent with pressure. All round, just an exceptional experience!

Over the years I have tried many things to help my headaches, including seeing many RMT's. I started to see Jun as a RMT and had a great massage, she also suggested I try reflexology. To be honest, I was a skeptic at first but the reflexology was amazing and my headaches are basically gone. Thanks Jun, you are the best!
