I was taking my fingerprint for immigration reason. The location is in downtown area, which is really easy to find. The office is on the second floor. Quiet, clean and organize was the first impression. And the technician is so professional with taking passport photos and processing the fingerprint. I had a few errors in the file due to nervous, they caught it out and let me fixed it. I appreciate how they carefully review files to make sure their clients receiving the best results.
I did my Alberta nomination program then federal permanent residence with them, it was a great journey, Andrew and his staff were very helpful, I know my application is in good hand when they finalize all the papers during Christmas holiday just for me.
