Marty Quon - that's who you should be asking for when you walk into this dealership. Before my in-person meeting with him, I had travelled to several dealerships to get the best value for my trade. All the other dealerships were either greatly undervaluing my trade or far too aggressive to get me into one of their vehicles. Marty was honest and direct - which I appreciate. He gave me the best value for my trade and negotiated a lease with the utmost transparency. This being my first lease, I had done the research on getting the best value and he expertly nailed all the points I was looking for (low money factor, refundable security deposit, etc.). I'm no stranger to buying a new car (Honda, GMC, Toyota, Kia, Subaru), but this was one of my best car buying experiences. Not that it matters, but as a huge Honda fanboy - Marty knows his vehicles. Today's bespoke vehicle walkthrough was utterly stellar and unrivalled. I will definitely be doing business with West Side Acura again.

All of the staff at West Side Acura are amazing. I purchased my 2020 Acura RDX with Jeff Ma and he made the entire process stress free. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Kevin in finance was also great to work with when finalizing all the details. Whenever I bring my car in for maintenance Aubrey and Megan are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone is very professional. Highly recommend!

I have had my car serviced at this location for the last 5 years and I have had nothing but a truly positive experience thus far. Everyone in the service department (including service Manager Chris Mani, Carl, Jonathon, Bryan, Michelle, and all the technicians that I have worked with in the past) are extremely polite and have been quite helpful in not only routine maintenance but also with issues and repairs needed on my car. They always listen to my concerns and work with me to find a solution for every single issue without me ever feeling brushed off. Even despite my car being out of warranty, they are still helping me with issues that were hard to pinpoint in the past and are giving me possible solutions and fixes to try. I can easily say that they go above and beyond what is expected of any dealership and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great customer service overall. Also, their parts department staff are helpful and offer competitive pricing on the items I have purchased thus far.

I recently purchased a 2019 Acura RDX from Jeff Ma at West Side Acura. It was the most positive, stress free, and quick automobile purchase I have ever had. I found a vehicle I was interested in on their website, arranged a test drive at my home the following day, received an emailed price breakdown by email that evening, and a very quick and friendly price negotiation the next day. I went to the dealership on a Saturday morning, quickly did all the paperwork, and then Jeff went through some training on the features and controls of the vehicle and drove I off in my new to me vehicle. Jeff was so friendly and professional throughout the process. He didn't sell me a vehicle, he helped me buy one. I highly recommend Jeff and West Side Acura.
