In my experience I found my attorney Micheal McVey of Weir-Bowen to be very aggressive and all business approach while explaining every detail and commitments you may be facing as part of your case. If you have a good claim they will let you know right at the beginning and they stick with you and provide advice along the way. The lawyer I worked with allowed me to make my own decisions all the way through my claim and at all times he allowed me to proceed or withdraw with his full support either way. They seem to be in bed with the insurance companies they are suing and are not thorough. I was actually told by my lawyer what the lawyers for the insurance company were saying which is unprofessional to say the least. My lawyer seemed to want to be respected by those same insurance companies at my expense. I do not feel that I was represented by someone on my side or that my injuries were investigated thoroughly and they weren't. Turns out that they are worse than was believed at the time I was advised to settle so you're on your own with this law firm.
