Based on the reviews my experience was better than expected. One person working but no line up. The Northside depot was closed due to Covid so it meant a long trip over to the south side.
My experience has been absolutely awful. I received a phone call today saying that my package has been at this warehouse a week (I had received no notifications about this and had a different address to be delivered at but obviously they didn’t try to deliver it there) and after calling UPS (can’t find a number to get ahold of this warehouse) they screwed around and finally told me it’d still be there tomorrow to pick up. I’m now on the verge of never using UPS again because this has been such a terrible experience. Shipping should’ve been 1 week. Not 3 and then having to pick it up in another city.
Shirley was awesome in helping me out for a delayed package to get delivered . Great customer service!!
they were delivering my package, but the driver never called me and i’ve been waiting at home the entire time so now i have to wait till tomorrow and walk in this freezing cold and get it. you should get some competent drivers who actually do their job.
