Erick is a great instructor. He is very professional. Erick pushed me to become better at bartending in two weeks because he is a great people person. Once he gets to know your strengths & weakness he polishes you to become the best version of yourself. The knowledge Erick provides is very useful in the industry. Personally Erick is the best instructor I’ve ever had. He brings you’re performance up with every class. Every person over 18 living in the Edmonton area that has a passion for bartending should take this course. Erick has a great charisma for teaching. The charisma rubs off on students and they begin to blossom. Thank you Erick. Your simply amazing.

We had our company event with a virtual Mixology class which was a blast! very educational and interactive. You can see the passion these experienced instructors have for the service industry and how they mentor everyone. They provided everything at our door step, including food and their virtual room its super well set up and professional, I sure recommend them as its very affordable and we got to learn how to mix, prepare and interact with our team virtually.

I just completed the full program, Shadow was a great flair trainer ( you can visit him at Funky Buddha every weekend). Spencer was accurate on his bar instruction and Matt showed us fine dining and proper wine service. The course its very hands on and now that we are completed I have been selected to work around the city, gain experience and get paid at the same time. This course is for beginners and also fro experienced industry staff. Worth the price as its very affordable and we do not get rushed to finish as the directors want us to be successful.

This past weekend (September 29,2017) we hired Ultimate Bartending to do the bartending for our wedding. Heather and Ian did a fantastic job! I appreciated how Heather would come bring us our drinks while we were talking to our guests and even twice while we were taking sunset pictures. It was fantastic!! Our guests seemed so happy all night. They made us great tasting shots too! Ian had stayed until we all left and even helped the brides dad pack the camper with all our decorations! Thank you guys so much! You both did a great job!! Thanks Erick for meeting with us and coming up with such a great signature drink.. it was fantastic! Thank you all again!!
