One of my friend recommended me (Huma Shaireen) this travel agency. It was my first experience. I found them very professional and supportive. Especially Hidar guided and helped us at all the steps on our return from abroad during these covid days. His services are exeptional. Me and my husband is very much satisfied with him.

I'll be honest, I never thought I'd use a travel agent to do any of my booking as I am all about scouring the internet for the best deals and felt I could do anything they could do for less. Boy was I wrong! My fiance convinced me to give Megan Duncan from travel gurus a try and let me tell you I'm impressed! Not only was she able to find me my trip cheaper but also with better flights and even free parking at the airport. To top it all off, she nudged me to take some form of insurance, which I never do as I used to think it was just a cash grab, but (fortunately) my fiance felt more comfortable if we did grab some so being the bleeding heart I am I agreed. Best. Decision. EVER! While on our trip not only did we need to use the service to contact a doctor (right to our room!) but we also missed our flights home due to a protest closing down the roads. We were freaking out thinking we were in trouble but because of this inexpensive insurance we not only got home no issues, we also got to stay in the country 1 more night free of charge at the Hardrock Hotel with meals and everything! Thank you SO MUCH Megan! I can not wait to book our next and all vacations with you going forward.
I am so thankful i was able to attend my beautiful girlfriends wedding needless to say that was the highlight of this trip. Although Mister Guru was able to get us all there and put on a great smile he lacked the professionalism that any travel agent should hold, especially when making commission off a large group of people. This being said please obtain the proper professionalism and quality needed before attending a trip with patrons again. Thanks for the memories.

Travel Gurus is amazing. From day 1 Melissa was our agent and she made us so excited about our wedding. She helped us select an amazing resort in our budget. When it came time to planning the wedding, she basically sat down and filled out all the paper work with us – it was SO easy. Melissa had been to the resort and suggested the best locations for our wedding. She even took pictures at the resort beforehand to show us the venues. Both Melissa and Hidar came as our Tour Conductors and it was an unreal experience. They saved us THOUSANDS of dollars on our wedding and got us a free upgrade to the best room for both the wedding and honeymoon weeks. Upon arrival, they organized a meet-and-greet for all of the guests. They also planned and coordinated an awesome catamaran ride for all of our guests and even gave us a credit towards it. Prior to the wedding, Hidar coordinated the walk-through so all wedding party guests knew what to do. On the wedding day, they took getting ready photos for us and essentially made sure the wedding went perfectly. My sister forgot the rings and Melissa ran back to the room to get them. My husband forgot socks and Hidar ran back to the room to get them. They were basically our go-to and they did everything for us, and then some. Hidar was our MC and he was SO GOOD and hilarious. Honestly I could write so much about the experience we had. It was the best weeks of our lives and we owe so much of that to Travel Gurus. They really provided us with amazing service from the get-go. Melissa and Hidar were so much fun to spend time with and I don’t know if our wedding would have been half as good had they not been involved. So happy.
