Joel rescued our turf! We recently had a new walkway installed and the concrete company left a noticeable gap between the walkway and the turf. Joel found an affordable and simple solution that worked great! He also "fluffed up" our turf for Spring and it looks so plush now. After struggling with other landscapers, dealing with Joel was a breath of fresh air. He was responsive, reasonable, and understanding. He even came a day early to do the repair to ensure our fix wasn't put off by bad weather. He was the only person to immediately return my call (out of 5 other companies) over the long weekend. We had Transcend Turf come in to do a tricky small space. They did a beautiful job. We were so pleased, we had them come back to do another area! Also, our dog was really happy!
After shopping around with various turf companies, Joel impressed us the most and was an easy choice for our backyard overhaul. Not only were his prices competitive, but he takes personal pride in his work and it really shows. We went from having a backyard covered in rock/concrete to a wonderful turf/putting green, child friendly backyard that suits our family perfectly. Joel and his team came in, and were extremely professional, respectful, efficient and hard working. They went above and beyond, removing a bunch of existing debris and limestone prior to prepping the yard. Joel’s team was very meticulous and their attention to detail was very evident in our finished product. We’re happy that we went with Transcend Turf for our backyard transformation and would highly recommend them for anyone thinking of a synthetic turf project!
We are extremely happy with our artificial grass from Transcend Turf. We decided on the Natural Real Supreme - 80 and used the Envirofill for infilll. It looks great and is extremely soft on bare feet and our kids love it! Being green and clean year round really extends the enjoyment of our yard in the spring and fall seasons! We would highly recommend talking with Transcend about artificial grass, they were very helpful and did not pressure us into making a decision. They were able to provide all of their products on short notice, and are manufactured in North America which was also a big factor in our decision. Some other companies get their products from overseas and couldn't even provide an estimated delivery.
