We shopped around a whole bunch, and were actually close to closing a deal with another dealer. Then we accidentally stumbled on Spa Spot. At first we simply passed them by as the store front was perhaps not as inviting as the others. However, we did eventually look up their reviews and were surprised by how many great reviews they had received. Lesson learned..never judge a book by its cover. We called Spa Spot and they agreed to stay open late for us to come view their product. We got a real good impression from their staff...they did not try to impose a sale on us at all. However, I was ready to make a purchase...so probably surprised them by making an offer that visit! Their service in helping us get our spa set up has been impeccable. They have made this process as good as can be and we are so happy we decided to go with Spa Spot. Do yourself a big favour..if you are in the market for a spa..visit Spa Spot. They are simply awesome!. A huge thank you to Kyle, Dallas, Peter and Tyler...you are simply awesome!

I did my research before heading out to purchase my spa. I had narrowed down my search to three Companies and headed to what was my first choice, The Spa Spot. From my research, I fully expected that the bar would be set high at this location. My intention was to then check out the other two choices so I would be sure I was making the right choice. After all, when you are spending that much money on a single item you better be sure. My experience at The Spa Spot was so exceptional that, for the first time ever, I did not feel the need to reassure myself that I was making the right purchase by checking any other company. I was sold on the quality, price and selection of the product but just as important I was impressed by the knowledgeable staff (yes, you too Kyle). I am confident that Kyle and his staff will provide me with unmatched service from installation to decades of enjoyment. I will be sure to post an update in May
Wanna give a big thank you to Kyle and the staff. After shopping around the wife and I returned to The Spa Spot, and as we pulled up Kyle was just leaving. He came back into the store, and with Peters help we had found the perfect tub, 2 hours later! Ryan delivered it a couple weeks later, and despite the weather we have been using almost every night. We found The Spa Spot had the best selection of in stock, high quality tubs around. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
We had debated getting a hot tub for years. We bought our hot tub with Spa Spot over a year ago now. Very happy that we decided to purchase one, we use it very frequently. It is so nice to get outside and enjoy our backyard. We had a very positive experience with Kyle and Candace both during purchase as well as any questions that we have had over the past year. Kyle gets back to us immediately and solves any issues we have had with maintaining our water to proper levels. The tub we purchased is high quality and we have had no issues in this regard whatsoever. Install was quick and efficient. Sale experience was positive as well and definitely not high pressure. Very glad we made this purchase, it is something that the kids love and great way to spend time together as a family. I would highly recommend The Spa Spot.
Fantastic product and even better service! Response and flexible. Kyle, Candace and company are excellent to work with. I went to them off of a recommendation and have recommended them myself to several people. I would have no reservations about purchasing from them again. Who doesn’t live a giant crane?!?!
