This used to be my favourite place to eat. The prices were excellent and the serving sizes where damn good... and then New management came in and changed everything. The lunch bowls are half the size and cost more. 18 for lunch is very expensive for a soup bowl size of food. Ridiculous. Dinner bowls are OK in size... I may come back to see if dinner is even worth it, but at 2.90/100g it will again be a long while until I return. That was the price it was years ago, but now, the cost isn't out weighing the change in everything else... Oh yeah, and Groupons are no longer valid.

This is a great concept: you choose your ingredients by actually putting them in a bowl from chilled containers on a buffet. Then select sauces and spices and hand them over to the cook for stir frying. The hot and sour soup here is really good. The service is almost always attentive. The only drawback lately has been the inconsistency with the cooks. They don't seem to cook the meal through. My tip to you is to prepare a couple of smaller portions with few ingredients in each. Then tell the cook if you want it cooked well done.

It's under new management now... used to be great and I loved their squid. Now they have no squid or anything of good quality for that matter. It's threw rows of beef, three rows of chicken and some gross imitation crab. They didn't even have change so I had to use debit. Who doesn't offer change at a restaurant? And they changed the set price back to be weight. RIP OFF. Avoid this location.

The food quality here varies each time you visit. The prices are high, but now that there is a fixed dish price it can be a good deal for those who get a lot of food. Cook quality is really dependent on what you order, so be careful not to mix too many meats, as some could end up overcooked. If you are going, definitely check online for deals (16.50 for 30 worth of food), as these deals are always popping up.

My friends and used to come here all the time for out girls day out. Service was fantastic and food was always good. However I went there with my friend yesterday and we were HIGHLY disappointed. While we were promptly seated, the menu that they gave us was a piece of paper in a cheap plastic, whole punched sleeve. The paper was grungy and wrinkled, we didn't even want to touch the menu because it just looked unsanitary. When we ordered our soups (both chicken wonton), we were brought Lipton chicken broth with a single dumpling sitting in it (definitely not a wonton) - which we mentioned to management and they blamed it on their supplier - which if that was the case customers should be warned ahead of time. Then when we went to fill our bowls, lots of the food was missing, and what was there was still partially frozen in the trays. I usually put quite a bit of sauce on my food because I like the flavor. When they were cooking our food I watched them pore an entire small tea kettle of water on it (which I've seen them use small amounts before). My food once served was completely flavorless and when we asked the manager for more sauce, we were met with an eye roll. Then even some of my food was still partially frozen on my plate, which at this point there was no use in complaining. Not once were our plates cleared; I ran out of my drink, and had to start drinking the water from my shaker cup in my bag. I used to love this place, but my friends and I will certainly not be returning until this new management either drastically improves, or they come into new management again.

The first time I ever came to this location, the pricing was ridiculous, it went by weight, cost me 38 for a plate. Said i would never go back.... went back with my family over a year later, and it recently had a new owner. The pricing was great this time around and we continued to go back another 3 times or so, until the 4th time, they had new owners again, and the pricing was sky rocketing. Overall the food has always been very good.

A pick yourself food bar paid for based on the weight of what you put together. Adds up quickly. Went for lunch, surroundings are nothing special, but clean.

Horrible Service! We were told everyone had to be seated by the manager. Once we were seated, the manager said everything would be explained and someone would come take our drink orders. 7 mins later... No one even looked our way. We left, no one noticed.
