Staff was amazing, nailed everything right. Asked some questions and he happily gave the perfect answers. Really friendly and feel like I could chat for hours. And the rare occasion they didn't have the item I was looking for. The referred me to places I could get it. Not many other places will happily redirect you.

I am in sales and try my best to provide every customer with great service, they do not here. I was flush with cash and wanted to see a knife I was considering buying but because the clerk couldn't afford it he assumed I couldn't either? It was only 1000, don't judge people by how they look or dress as I get many great customers not in suits!!!!! Never getting my

Always go here for my knives and gear purchases first. Have purchased many items from here over the years. Staff is always nice, and willing to help with what ever you may be looking for. Regularly recomend them to people I know looking for quality knives.

Really like Supply Sergeant, there is always enough staff on hand to take care of you. They may not always have all product in inventory but if you can wait they will order it for you. The selection of knives is great but I would like to see more variety tactical clothing (something like 5.11, Vertx or even TAD). Overall, I am a big fan. Thanks

The support our club, Knights of the Northern Realm, has received from Supply Sergeant has been fundamental. While they have greatly reduced their medieval inventory since the renovations market demands do affect a retail operation. Mel in the warehouse has been very helpful in keeping us up to date on stock useful to our 14th century living history work. The manager Ida is always willing to resolve any negative shopping experiences. Keep up the good work!

Professional and knowledgeable. My first trip to West Ed Mall was in 2008, and I bought a hard to find pouch at Supply Sergeant, as I had been looking for a solution for weeks. Being from out of province last week I returned for my second trip ever to Supply Sergeant, myself (Military), a family member (RCMP), and a friend (AB Sheriff) walked in to pickup a few needed items. Fenix light and charger, pouches, radio holder, CR123's can't get enough. The female staff member who knew all the specs (without looking on the box) and gave her recommendations made shopping quite enjoyable. Even while at the counter, I overheard their staff discussing blade length legalities and another explaining why they didn't carry lock picking tools to "eager" young adults nearby. Well done from Ottawa.

Overall pleased with the amount of stuff they have in store, huge selection but since it's in the mall you're going to pay the price sad to say but there's not many places that you can get security gear so you're kind a left going there or buying online. Overall never had a problem with staff they ask if you're looking for anything specific right when you come in and if you're not they kind of just leave you alone to browse but on other cases depending on the staff in the store at the time some will follow you like a wet blanket.

Condescending staff with little to no customer service skills. Very overpriced. A bunch of kids acting like hardcore military running the store, its pretty pathetic to watch. Did I mention we have a company account with these clowns? When I used it they treated me like I was practically stealing from them when I used it.
