Horrible management. Very rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend staying in this old building even for one day. The managers think they are king and queen. They don't service anything. The elevators are broken. I had a water leakage in my apartment. I called a plumber. Sharon didn't let him do his job. Forced him to leave eventhough I had to pay him. She forced me to only let \their plumber\ to do the job which took 2 months. Seems like everyone is unhappy with the managers but the board wants them for some unknown reasons.

As a contractor who works closely with the residents and other contractors daily, its a friendly environment. The residents make it easy to perform duties. The Board of Directors are a pleasure to deal with. The staff members could use a few classes in customer services however.
The managers of this building you will learn very quickly on your own are some of the worst human beings i have ever been in contact with. Sharon and gary have verbally abused myself and my partner, as well as guests or parents who come to visit us. They are toxic and create a horrific and hostile environment. They are rude to staff, extremely unprofessional and create a hostile environment. We have made several complaints to the condo board yet they still continue to work there.
Nice building, kind cleaning staff. However, managers are rude to both guests and those who live in the building.
Lived here for a year and was constantly harassed by the building managers. Left due to the hostile environment they created in the building.
