I came in one morning with the side of my bumper hanging out a bit, the gentleman looked at and determined it was just a loose screw ,he tightened it up and sent me on my free of charge. I asked him if I could bring him a coffee? He replied nah just come see me when you have actual body damage. We shook hands , he was very polite and friendly:)

I would rate 10 stars if I could! Dale, Donna, Mark, and the team at ECD are nothing short of fantastic. They were upfront and transparent throughout the whole process. My 1 year old civic had a dented front fender and Mark explained everything that they were going to do to fix it along with a complete cost and time breakdown. Dale is EXTREMELY particular and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my car was returned to me in perfect condition. The interior and exterior were also detailed and looked as though I bought it new that day! They handled everything beautifully. The whole process was an absolute dream. Customer service and quality of work are top shelf! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for auto body repairs. I recommend them to everyone!

I called Rory to get my lower bumper checked as it was hanging. He was readily available, I walked in, he and another fella checked the bumper, did the work and said bolt just needed to be replaced. And fixed! Free of charge. I have saved 1460 from a quotation of another body shop who had said I have to change the bumper entirely! These guys are amazing angels. I will recommend them to everyone.
