If you need to get your sneakers or shoes or boots clean or fixed or anything shoe-related, go to show shine shack. They did an excellent Restoration of my sneakers' soles. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff worth the time and money.

Located in the heart of our city in the historic Mercer Warehouse on 104 ave and 104 street. \u2063 An authentic business that not only reduces waste and promotes sustainability, they also give back by cleaning up any footwear you may wish to donate to our city’s homeless. \u2063 I am quite sentimental about some of the shoes I have in my collection, some were purchased on my travels around the world, and some are just the perfect fit and feel, which makes me want to hold on to them as long as I can before having to say goodbye. \u2063 The work is quality, the service is genuine, the brand is authentic. I highly recommend.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I had them leather luster 2 pairs of parade boots. They not only stripped and polished them but were also able to repair the extensive damage as well. They are in better condition than new. The dedication to the work and the care they take will have me coming back and recommending them to everyone.

They did a great job cleaning my limited edition Hudson's Bay x Converse, Jack Purcell high tops. I was pretty impressed with their customer service. My mobile number somehow didn't register into their system, so I didn't get a text message to let me know my shoes were ready. I ended up having to call to follow up, which wasn't a big deal at all. They were pretty apologetic about the error and gave me a complimentary shoe tree. Totally wasn't necessary but, I greatly appreciate the gesture. I would definitely use their services again.

I brought a couple pairs of beloved Docs to The Shoe Shine Shack and they came back better than new. Shane and his team took tremendous care with my shoes to ensure they were cleaned and protected from the elements, and gave them back to me gleaming. Not only that, Shane personally walked me through each step of his process and took the time to explain what effect each of the fine, high-quality products he used was meant to achieve. The care that Shane and his team show toward their customers and their footwear (among other items they're able to spruce up) is unmatched and I would trust The Shoe Shine Shack with any other future touch-ups. I'll certainly be back.
