I would like to give Zero to this service. The officer who helped me todat Dec 21 at 9 am, her name is Cookie, an old ladie, gave me a very very hard time. My son was born in Australia, his birth certificate shows my full name (4 names) except my last name. She wanted me to contact them in Australia to change my name by adding the last name. I'm not an Australian citizen to be able to do that, last time I visited Australia was in 2013 and I don't have any Australian Id to change it. My flight is on Jan 5, I showed her all proofs that this is my name, even in my Canadian certificate, she didn't accept any. I feel that she doesn't understand her work , she shouldn't be working at her position and I recommend to find professional people to work. We are currently on pandemic time, everything is getting harder to be done, there should be some flexibility from them. She only said that I have to spend an effort to contact them in Australia to change my name in my son's birth certificate. How come that this is realistic, if I have all proofs that this is my name!!!!!!! She didn't even help to schedule another appointment, as she doesn't have an access, she did that after insisting and asked to get help from her colleague!!!!!!!

This is a building review. Beautiful pink hued downtown building that contains federal government services. It has one of the largest indoor atrium in Canada. Lots of space, has its own food court. Parking is available in the building. There is a staffed information desk that is very helpful and friendly. The building was finished construction in 1988 and has become a downtown Edmonton landmark ever since. Directly across from Edmonton Convention Centre it is easy to find. Right across Jasper Ave is the river valley

drove here in august and was really disappointed that I couldn't apply in person because of covid. it was ridiculous, I tried booking an appointment but couldn't get a spot in person only because I wasn't leaving right away until September. they need to have more flexible covid regulations, especially in the summer when the cases weren't as high and were low.

Busy. They need another big facility. It’s about time.

I had to go in because of a problem with my children’s applications as they school out of country. I drove 3.5 hours to get there first thing in the morning, got into a very long line up but was out of the building again within 45 minutes. The agent named KATE who helped me was very professional, very personable and made the entire experience terrific and not stressful at all. I’m so appreciative to her! Great service and thank you :)

Colin served me with his excelent knowledge and friendly service. Was gladly amazed that I only needed to wait less than 10 minutes before my number was up. Again thumbs up for that agent who made me feel comfortable asking him any question

If I can give a 0 I would, only important people can get passports during coronavirus. I’ll make a machine that will take away everyone job for this because humans are inadequate. Government people know how to eat your money and waste it on unless people.
