This course with Jason was by far the best CPR recertification experience I have had in my 30 years as a nurse! Clear, concise, to the point & no BS! Approachable if you have questions. Glad to finally see an instructor with experience & personality - Well done

I am sorry but I was disappointed at the person receiving a phone call and mention that he was the superintendent .I was awake 7 in the morning set up my zoom account. He was all rushy and panicking. With respect to all those who are in that class I asked if I could be re-scheduled so I don t keep them waiting and he said that I cannot be re-scheduled and not getting a refund. Hearing from him like there is no other means and panicking, he does not care at all, its like a do or die approach and not a win win solution approach. He is not good in answering or assisting phone calls because he was panicking. He was unprofessional at all. I was in a CPR training before and have seen and heard them speak professionally and more in a hopeful manner but with him, I cant find the word to describe him but he was so like nervous and running out of time.Bring the lady back who receives phone calls, SHE IS VERY CALM AND NOT BOSSY AT TONE. but my experience today was like I I'm being talked to like a child. So unprofessional. Not even deserving a single star because of him. The professional reply could have been \My apologies but you were late and as per policies stated when you are late your all fund will be forfeited. I hope that I could be more of any help to you today and we appreciate your kind understanding.\it was not about the money,as a matter of fact I registered to a another CPR training center after that miserable experience.Thank you so much for your reply but hoping that you could put somebody who is more knowledgeable in treating your client calmly and professionally.

I enrolled in the BLS for healthcare providers Interim. Part one was provided online but still with the instructor. Which actually helped because it felt like i was actually in class. Part 2 of this course I went to the school where they are currently providing it. Instructor was great and made everything easy to follow, he even participated in class with all of us that where there. Overall it was a great experience. I like the new location. It’s More spacious. The COVID regulations that had to be followed for this class to happen was exceptional and it felt clean.
