Easy to get in touch and connect with. We love our runner bike. It had been through three kids and we needed to replace the rear axel. I called looking for the part and they were happy to just replace it for us! Great service and great bikes!

I got all the parts I needed, quickly with AMAZINGLY friendly service! I bought this runner bike 10 years ago for my almost 12 year old (he was about 2 at the time) and it's been passed to 2 of my other kids, and 2 other friends' kids. It was in a bit of rough shape, and I have 1 more kid (3 years old) that could start using it now, but needed parts, and I got them quickly & easily to make it almost new again! I would definitely recommend buying bikes or parts from here! GREAT JOB! (PS. I'd give more stars if I could!)

My son was 2.5 years old whan I bought his runner's bike he learned to raide than in no time and love them so mach About a year ago I wanted to give them over to my friend and noticed that a piece was broken I called and ask to buy it the ouner sent it to my home I only payed for the shipping no extra charge Really good bike and a really good customer service
