I had a fairly large, expensive package delivered to my house and Rosenau was contracted for the delivery. The company I ordered from had to call me to confirm my number because apparently Rosenau \tried multiple times\ and my number was \delisted\, weird how the seller got a hold of me on the first try. When Rosenau did finally call me they said they'd give me 1-2 hours notice for delivery, the driver called me 18 minutes before arriving to deliver a 10'x4' 300lb package. The driver was by himself and clearly struggled to handle the package, as you can see by the damage to the box, luckily nothing on the inside was broken. He struggled to remove the package from his truck and when the lift wasn't working he brought out a hammer to hit the controls with, kind of an embarrassing look for the company. I'm not blaming the delivery driver, the guy did the best he could (I would've helped him if I was home) but my package was absolutely mangled and the neighbors told me it was embarrassing to watch the truck get hit with a hammer to get it to work.
