We used Red Seal Glass for our custom shower door in our Master Suite Bathroom. They quoted me in early December, were out within days to measure. Within two weeks the glass was installed. What I liked most was how they kept me well informed about my order. The job was completed professionally and in the estimated time frame they gave me. The staff in the office and on site, were friendly and available. We are happy with the final product and would definitely recommend them.

Red Seal was hired by our contractor that completed our basement. Although we had many issues with our basement contractor. I'm so glad they hired Red Seal to complete our beautiful wine cellar. We had a small issue with the door catching and the customer service and service call we received was prompt and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company. We love our Wine cellar.

Update! Was contacted by the owner and was given a sincere apology. I was impressed by the response and the corrective actions to reduce such an incident from happening again. Not everyone or any business is perfect and the humility shown by the management team here tells me they can be trusted. I will definitely give them another chance in the future. A seriously disappointing experience with this business. Never used them before but because of the reviews thought I would give them a try. I initially got a quote for 20 - 4 x 6 foot mirrors for my studio. After renovations I came to the realization that I only needed 10. I contacted the author, by phone, of the original quote to inform them I wanted to change the quote to 10 and initiate the order. They assured me that all I needed to do was respond to the emailed quote with my changes and an invoice would be created and after payment the order would be activated. The invoice I was given was for the initial quote of 20 mirrors. In my opinion a terrible first impression so I found another supplier.
I was very happy with the quality of work that Red Seal provided. As a contractor specializing in fine detail renovations, they did not disappoint.

I have had Red seal Glass do the glass work on every Square Win basement that has needed glass work done and they have 100% killed it for us every time. Highly recommend these guys, John the owner is a solid guy to work with.
Great price, friendly and helpful people. Thanks to buddy who popped out and passed me the mirror in my truck. Couple days longer turn around than most I called, but didn't make a difference to me. Will be coming back for any glass and mirror I need in the future.
