I was building a water feature with 5 basalt columns and Chris gave me some awesome tips on how it was to be put together and the materials required for the job. I went back to their shop on a couple of occasions to pick up materials and also ask some more questions. Natasha was a great help with gathering my supplies in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Pristine Ponds for any water feature that you need.
Very, very happy with Pristine Ponds! When we moved into a new house with a pre-existing water feature, we had no idea how to maintain it. Chris and his team have been wonderful with letting us know how to care for it, providing fall shut downs and spring start ups, and with any maintenance it has required. I highly recommend them.
Chris and his team did a beautiful job renovating a half-finished water feature at our place. Although he had to re-do the earthworks, he was able to repurpose the water pump that was there, and saved us a few bucks. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but weren't 100% sure. Chris combined our limited input with his creativity and vision for the space, and we ended up getting two waterfalls cascading into our pond. What a great surprise! It looks great, and sounds even better!
Chris was able to take our vision and ideas and create an incredible urban oasis. We have a long water feature that cascades downhill beside our house. The perfectly placed rocks mimic a natural stream with 3 strategically placed ponds. We have a large number of pedestrians that pass our house daily with many stopping to admire, comment and take pictures. Chris also designed and built 2 large garden rockeries, a sunken rock patio and a rock staircase that flanks the water feature. I would highly recommend Chris and the team at Pristine Ponds to create your oasis.
