eCorrespondence purchase of a new 2020 718 GT4. Huge thank you to Nelson and Maggie as well as the rest of the team that made my dream car come true in such a brief time! I had never been to the dealership, met anyone in person or seen one of these cars in person. The team was able to supply me with everything I needed to feel comfortable making the purchase. All the speed bumps along the way were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The car was delivered with astounding professionalism to northern BC on a tight schedule. The entire process was easy, smooth and as expected when purchasing a Porsche.
We just picked up a used Lexus that we purchased from Ethan at Porsche. The dealership was beautiful and accommodating, and Ethan was exceptional. Not only was he very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable (despite us purchasing outside of the Porsche family) ... he went above and beyond. Firstly, we felt immediately comfortable with him and found him to be very trustworthy sharing both the pros and the cons of the vehicle. We found vehicles we liked at two different dealerships, but working with Ethan brought us back to Porsche Which was the first dealership that we visited. Ethan was easy to negotiate with and went to bat for us to get the price we wanted. One of the best things about Ethan was that he was extremely detailed and picky. He noticed things with the vehicle that we would never even have noticed. Before we picked it up he sent it for detailing. When it came back it looked excellent, but Ethan sent it back again to fix very minor things that they missed to ensure it was perfect upon pick up. He stayed late when we met with the finance department to ensure we were happy with the interaction, and he was very flexible when we needed to change our pick up time as we were going to be late. I would definitely go out of my way in the future to deal with Ethan! Thanks Ethan for the fantastic service!
I bought my second Porsche for my wife and Josh got this job done for us so easily and smoothly from the paper works to pick up. As a returning customer, I have been amazed and very impressive how the dealership serves customers with every single details since Day 1. Huge thanks to Financial dept team (Maggie and Troy) for making this happen! We also need to talk about the Service Dept!! Dina is the right specialist who can help you ANYTHING for your service. She is very friendly and informative and she gets the work done on time. This is called Professional! In overall, this is how they make themselves very exclusive, outstanding and unparalleled. Definitely this is the place where you can buy your dream car and Josh is the right guy. I can't wait to get my next dream car of 992 GT3 from Porsche Edmonton!
