I can’t say enough about how “impressed” I am by the service that I received this week from Polar Bear Health & Water. I bought my wife an Omega juicer for Christmas and two days, while cleaning the unit I lost the auger shaft. Needless to say, I had a very unhappy wife. Omega had no spare augers in stock and an Amazon search was no luck. Searching the web I happened to find the only auger available in North America at Polar Bear Health & Water. Hoping to make my wife happy again before New Years Day, Wanda of Polar Bear Health & Water worked with me patiently as we communicated via email all day Wednesday to try to work out a way to get the auger to me. She treated me like I was her only customer and genuinely showed concern for me and the situation that I was in. She helped me work out the quickest way to get the auger from Canada to Michigan, and she even moved my order up in the shipping queue for me. I just received the auger from UPS this afternoon, and my wife is smiling again, we can start making our celery juice again. I just cannot thank Wanda and Polar Bear Health & Water enough for how they treated a first-time customer in Michigan, I will never ever forget their service. If you look up customer service in a dictionary - it should say “Polar Bear Health & Water! Thanks again and “Happy New Year”!

Customer service is trash. Someone dear to me was accused of shoplifting and was publicly embarrassed and verbally harrassed to open her purse. She did, and nothing was found only to be dismissed without an apology. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. We can do better than that come on
Please train your staff to not racially profiled customers. It is NOT ok to demand to look in a customers purse because you assume they shoplifted. Horrible, horrible!
They have distilled water, on tap. YaY! Lot's of good products and a lovely environment. Going for a refill and will return, aplenty.
Ladies working were so sweet! Great variety of things to shop for.!
