My wife and I were at your Edmonton West end. locations to see your showroom for replacement window ideas and when we got there. We found out we had to make a appointment. Which is fine so we are standing out side your showroom trying to call and make an appointment and Your staff member on the phone turns us away and tells my wife we are better off at a box store just Because I want to replay one window at at time to save money. He has just lost your company 10,000 dollarsor more worth of windows. your supposed to be the professionals. No way in hell I’m I ordering windows for some 16 year old at a box store.

Had pella install 3 of 4 of my basement windows. One egress. They don't do the concrete cutting you have to hire that out separately, which is kind of a pain but not awful. The widows are of high quality, work great. The wait time was long about 6 months. I ordered in March installed installed in September. Install is where they lost the star for me. My egress window was smaller than what we plan for the hole. So more buck had to be used that needed. The window jam didn't come out flush with the drywall and it wasn't cut properly around the window. Small details but when your paying for a premium product, its expected.
we had original custom sized Pella windows in the home but needed to replace lower level windows to meet egress requirements. they were not the most competitively priced but were the only company to guarantee they would meet the requirements. the custom windows took a little longer than i had hoped to get but met the installation date given and did a beautiful job replacing the windows without any damage to the inside or the outside. the guys worked super hard and fast to get in done in short order. we were very impressed.
We were looking to have a front and balcony door replaced so we went to the Pella showroom to view the products available, we made an appointment with the representative there to get a quote based on our needs. When Rob Gross the estimator came To our house he spent the better part of 2 hours helping us chose a a product that would work. We had to alter our first choice on the front door because Pella would not allow Rob to make the choices we wanted . Rob was very professional and courteous and Pella is a great product unfortunately they could not offer us what we wanted and we chose to work with another company
