If zero stars was available the store manager would get -10. What a rude , And unprofessional person. Product bought was expensive and brought in for service a few times, store refuses to refund the money for it. Warranty expires in October 2021. One thing gets fixed ( as per say) another thing stops working . How many times can a person take a product in to get fixed???? Avoid this place , that like to hang up on ppl.

We needed a new trimmer and found this place. Good selection of high quality yard equipment and tools. Sales staff were helpful and friendly. I’d go back to PEC if I need something in the future.
If you want to stand at a counter and wait 20 minutes before anyone acknowledges your existence, this is the place for you. No one in this outfit seems particularly interested in providing any level of service. I'd poke myself in the eye before I stepped foot in there again, only I did eventually get someones attention, and now will need to go pick up my equipment. My advice though? Take your business somewhere where they behave as if they want it.
Nice people but you can not return the product and they always assemble the machine and you have to pay a fee for that. I bought lawn mower and STIHL weed wiper. I could have saved more if I bought it from other stores.
Staff always provides excellent service and is very professional. Knows their equipment extremely well and does what they can to help make the right choice based on your needs. Seasonal, so it can be busy, but they still do their best to give customers the attention they need. Great job!
