Paul is prompt with his appointment times and schedules you in very quickly. Although he had never seen a sewing machine like mine before, he very easily tuned it up and taught me some things about sewing machines while I was visiting. I love his posts on FB about tips and tricks as well! As a beginner sewer it is lovely to have met a wonderful professional like Paul!

I called Paul to fix my new to me industrial machine. It had been serviced twice in the previous months. Paul got it working and slowed it down so it no longer scared me every time I put pressure on the foot control. He does all my machines now and they all are working better than ever. I love telling my sewing friends about PDH, and they all have been very happy with the repairs and service.

Paul went above and beyond, servicing my fleet of vintage Berninas under a tight deadline. He brought one of them back to life, and performed yearly maintenance on the others for a very reasonable price. Just wish I lived closer, but he is always just a message away and has helped me with minor problems over the phone too.
Paul is a very knowledgeable sewing machine “fixer”. He is courteous and helpful to on-line Facebook sewing machine enthusiasts as well!
