The staff were pleasant while serving us and we were warmly thanked for our business. Food items ordered were very fresh, made to order and served hot. Food tastes amazing. Love the great menu variety. Smaller restaurant which makes some challenges with spacing but managing alright. Also have Skip, takeout aside from dine-in. We did dine in. Overall a wonderful dinner was had.

This was my first experience at noodle noodle on 170th Street in Edmonton. I ordered the ginger beef and asked for it to be on rice noodles instead of just rice. My first bite of Ginger Beef was very salty but the texture was nice. So I tried a second piece of Ginger Beef and found it too very salty and also sinewy. I tasted the sauce on its own and it was fine, so it is the beef itself that was over salted and unpalatable. Next, I tried some of the noodles and it came up in one big starchy clump. I also ordered green onion cakes which were quite tasty with a nice crisp exterior and soft interior, although a touch doughy near the center. So, I was not very impressed and my first experience at Oodle Noodle may be my last.

The shrimp fried rice is addicting, and I'm pretty sure the spring rolls are magic.
