I have always had good experiences at this location. Today in particular I called 2x regarding the same question as I needed a bit more information after the 1st call. Both times the ladies on the other end were able to answer my questions. They were kind and offered more information. I appreciate that they had the answers I was looking for and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. Very pleasant, I will continue go here for my registry needs.

Always fast and courteous service. I like this place better as they have more employees than the other services in the north side. And they have a private room for those taking the learners Test.
Went for my driving test class 5A, What an absolute joke, bunch of thief's running a scam operation. Teaching instructor didn't even get in the vehicle, complained about a minor crack on the windshield (which didn't actually inhibit a drivers ability) and then cancelled my test without refund. even after i got a replacement vehicle which had no crack, they did nothing and told me i would have to repay and rebook. Absolute cash cow, just try and take all the money they can from people who can barely afford it. disgusting service.
There are always lots of clerks, so service is always fast and efficient. They are friendly and personable. Test examiners are also very friendly and professional.
I had gone to get service and the person helping doesn’t seem to care to clarify for me what steps I should take for the documentation needed. I left very dissatisfied but sought the help of another registry for a different opinion. I got everything processed with a minor help from a great service provider. I will never come back to this registry again.
