I am still disgusted to this day about the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff. Consider hiring receptionists who have a higher level education and understand the dynamics of patient care.

I've never had a bad experience with MIC. The central agents, front desk personnel, and ultrasound techs are all very kind and professional.

I have been to the Windermere location more than once and every time I have been pleased with my experience. I stopped going to the other one \Insight Medical imaging\ where I've been going for years. Unfortunately most Physicians do not provide you with a requisition for MIC but one that has \Insight medical imaging\ on it. Unless you know about MIC and how to book it on your own, you'll end up going to insight when you call the number on the requisition from the Physician.

I had such a great experience at MIC Windermere today. The front staff was very pleasant and the waiting area was nice and comfy. Our tech was amazing - polite and accommodating, she ensured my husband and I were comfortable, and treated us with respect. We felt like we just visited a friend's place after. Highly recommend!
