I found an incredible diamond set of earring and necklace at Mappins and I was thrilled with it! I was assisted by Kathy and she was very patient with the arduous task of choosing the right design I had in mind. Because of her great product knowledge and excellent customer service I was able to pick a very unique piece and was stunned with the quality of product and the value of price I paid. It has been a great experience and everyone in the team are very friendly therefore I would highly recommend Mappins to family and friends!! Cheers!

I took my pendant in to be estimated for a repair February 11th with an expected figure within a couple weeks. A month later after not receiving a promised phone call I was told someone should have called you awhile ago. Disappointed I decided to go ahead with the repair and was told it would be about 2 more weeks. I called tonight almost another month later. I was told they know thy have had it since February but they have notes on file and would call. A couple minutes later I was called back. We found your pendant filed under the wrong name sorry it happens. You can pick it up at anytime. I have my pendant back and the diamond was soldered crooked. Beyond disappointed. I will have a competent jeweler fix it but I would recommend anyone not to use this store unless you want to be dissatisfied.
Was taken care of very quickly and in a friendly matter, for a simple box chain necklace. Reasonable pricing and service warranty, cannot speak to servicing speed or accuracy.
Our experience has been awful. We bought our ring over a year ago and still do not have the right diamond or any of the certification for the ring my fiance is walking around with. Nobody can tell us the value of the ring she had for the past year or when the one i actually paid for will be ready. Tracy and jannice only ever deflect and say it is someone elses fault. They dont call us on the time frames they give us, instead they wait until we show up 2 or 3 months later asking for an update, just to tell us oops again. Tracy was very rude and said she doesnt care what reviews they have and will call security. Crazy bad customer service, our wedding is approaching and i doubt we will have the ring i paid for.
Had recently purchased a bracelet from Mappins Southgate center! The sales ladys name was Michaelle, she took the time to give me information on diamonds and diamond purchasing. She also cleaned an older ring for me while she was at it. I was very impressed by this sales lady and her non pushy sales. Will definitely be back for any other purchases in the future! My fiancé went to the mappins in Southgate , purchased a ring ... was told it would be ordered in a different size rather than sent in to get sized .. he was told 2 weeks the ring would be in without doubt , due to our wedding being within two weeks , I called at the two week mark just to ensure it would be there befor I drove 1.5 hours to pick it up ... when he and I arrived at mappins on April 20th only to be told the ring was not ordered .. and it takes 6 weeks after we were told it would be here last week , clearly that doesn't work with our timeline .. not even a apology or anything , was told I could get a refund with original receipt ... after both staff members stood around placing blame on the other staff member for this mistake ..super unprofessional, severely disappointed in the service .. I will be getting a refund and will make sure no one I know try's to ever purchase anything from this company ... it's just ridiculous , people that cannot do their job SHOULD NOT be able to work in such places .. wedding is approaching and I don't have my ring thanks to the staff of mappins in south gate Edmonton .... if I could rate this place below a 1 star I would .. This place should be ashamed , I'm not the first to rate this place a 1 star .. I will take my business else where to ensure we acctualy get the ring in time .
