Jonathan ( technician) was excellent, he arrived at my place within a few hours of my phone to customer service representative ( Jay) , also excellent and helpful. Jonathan was very professional and polite, he explained everything to me about what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Thank you to Jonathan (and the rest of the staff) at Major Pest Control! After a recent discovery of mice in our back bays, I performed a google search for exterminators in the Edmonton area. After seeing all of the amazing reviews, I filled out the \Contact Us\ form on their website. An HOUR later, I had not only received a follow up call, but Jonathan was at our office performing an inspection. I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism, but also his incredibly friendly demeanor and attitude. After an initial setup period, we are now monthly customers and look forward to a long professional relationship. While we don't love the reality of mice in our shop, we know that Major Pest Control has the knowledge and experience to help. Thank you so much!
Mark was just awesome. From the first service to the last one, he was impeccable, he explained everything before and after the job was done. He was also aware of our cat and used products to make sure it does not affect our pet in any matter. Even the customer reps were awesome on the phone and job was done on time and very professionally. You can't go wrong with Major Pest Control. Strongly recommended.
My building/suite had mice. Johnathan came to help out with the situation. He was extremely thorough in his work and helpful in explaining everything to me. From arranging his arrival, to follow up he was extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend him to others!
Our house is old aged at a ravine area, so we suffered of mice issues for quite long time. Tried to put traps or glues we bought from Home Depot but those little mice were too smart to avoid those. We finally decided to call a pest control company before this problem drove me crazy, and we were very lucky find the real knowledgeable technician Marc come to do the treatment. Marc is very professional and throughout, patient of explaining how the treatment would work and the result was amazing! He came on time for every scheduled treatment and very throughout of every treatment performance. We are very happy we don’t have mice issues anymore! Will definitely recommend Marc!
