Staff has dialed back the over-friendliness since covid has happened, and that has made me a LOT more comfortable shopping here. Hopefully it stays this way; before I was less inclined to visit in person due to the persistence of the staff. Last few visits have been excellent though!

Absolutely love the skincare and body care products. I always stock up on their hand creams as they're so nourishing and smell amazing. My favorites are the charity pot and sleepy. They also have amazing choices of bath bombs and cleansers suited for various skin needs. The brand ethically resources their products and also gives back to the community making your purchase worth more than money.
My employer was very highly satisfied with the customer service received by Berlin. He had a great experience here and Berlin was very professional and informative. She deserves a promotion and should be working in management one day soon. Thank you for the great service !
