Absolutely love the company! Everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure their client is comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. All of my obnoxious questions were answered with a smile, which calmed my nerves completely. Thanks for the great experience!

What a great experience! Went in a little nervous but everyone was very helpful and eager to answer all your questions. Before going in for my surgery I felt confident and knowledgeable about the procedure. Victoria and Lisa definitely contributed to the ease and comfort in the process! Uh-ma-zing. What an awesome experience. All of the staff was super welcoming and friendly. They were so patient with all of my questions and reassuring. I have to shine a spotlight on Velma though. Velma was my first contact for my virtual consultation and then I had the pleasure of having her as one of my techs the day of surgery. Personally, this was a very emotional life event for me as I have been wearing glasses for over 25 years with very poor vision. Velma's sense of humor and energy really enhanced this special step in my life. One last word, just be sure that you will take the prep and recovery seriously. Take care of those new eyes!!
Getting LASIK with LASIK MD was the best decision of my life. Each person who played a role in the process ensured I was comfortable, at ease, and well prepared. The surgeon who performed my procedure was fantastic at preparing me for each step while I was in the OR. I was on the table for no more than 5 minutes. One of the OR ladies held my hand and it truly helped me feel calmer. They are very thorough with ensuring you are a good candidate before the procedure, and ensuring you will not experience complications after the procedure. The 24 hour post op check is quick and easy, and another method of ensuring you are healing well. The discomfort after the procedure is well worth the spectacular vision you’ll have the next day!
I have been back and worth on getting LASIK done for a couple years now - simply due to the fears and anxiety associated with it. Overall, my experience was great! Appreciated how thorough all staff were about any questions I had and care. I am giving 4 stars simply because I was in the clinic for close to 8 hours. (A long time!) I was told that the process would take a total of 4 hours and was scheduled for a 9AM start assured that I would be done within the time I was told. Already very anxious and hesitant about the procedure, the process and time just sitting was very overwhelming and taxing! Overall, a great experience otherwise! Just maybe be a little more mindful of time/appointment management so it is an easier and more enjoyable process for your patients. Thanks!
During my consultation meeting, I was told that it would be 890 per eye. I had customized my benefits so my laser surgery would be covered. After going 3 hours of testing to see if I would be a candidate for the surgery they told me that my bill would be 3300, not 1900 I was told previously. The manager of customer service told me that I was given a “soft” quote during my first meeting and it would 3300 if I wanted to get the surgery. Then he started talking about different payment options such as financing even though I told him it’s not about the money but rather about not providing accurate quote. They almost doubled the cost. He did end up giving me a free 5 year warranty which I’m not even sure if I will use it and free eye drops. The whole procedure was good minus the surprise I got about my cost. I still ended up paying 2540 vs 1800 I was told during my consultation. However, manager of customer of service called me after reading this review and was able to reimburse me additional 200. I changed my rating from 1 to 5 as this shows that they really pride themselves in good customer service.

Absolutely in love with my results from Lasik MD city centre in Edmonton. From the moment I had my virtual consultation to the follow up after surgery, everything went phenomenal. They were kind, professional and very efficient. No matter who I was speaking with they were able to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. The surgery itself was super quick and painless. It happened so fast I didn’t have time to be stressed out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know.
