I hope Bart is the owner and business is good because the poor customer service I received means I and my company will not be purchasing products from Ladders R Us. Needed new insulated white tarps for an interior application. Bart admitted he didn't keep his front line staff informed of the delays at Customs, so I wasted time and therefore money going down to the deep south location and still not getting new insulated white tarps - that they said they had. Kijiji is far cheaper to purchase used tarps from and better customer service....

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are happy to sell you things and are very happy to take your money, but when it comes to helping after the sale they are the worst that I have every encountered. I bought some frames for scaffolding, took them to the site and they were not the same as the others. Went all the way back to return them and was told that I must have some old junky scaffolding and would not take back. It was within hours! The owner ( I believe his name is Bart) is simply a very cold human being and will yell at you!. He yells at his customers! Don't find out the hard way like I did! Go to Dryco, they were so helpful and compared to this place it's like the difference between day & night.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN. This place is a part of Alberta Drywall. I recently went in there to buy a ladder, which WAS AND STILL IS listed on their website for 270. I called ahead and was told "oh yeah, we have lots of those in stock." When I got there not only did they not have any in stock they refused to honour the price on the website. They told me it would be a special order at a "special order price."
Lots of tools, but also sold out of a lot of the ones we needed.
