I love this clinic. Dr Fletcher is my doctor and I am grateful for her, as she always makes me feel heard and less anxious. I always hated going to the doctor before seeing her but her knowledge and kindness makes the experience a lot easier and I feel comfortable talking with her about my medical issues.

Everyone working at this clinic is lovely. I just can't justify going here anymore for a few reasons. I hope this gets passed on to my doctor. It's not pleasant walking on eggshells to avoid upsetting or irritating a doctor. As a patient, I should be allowed to advocate for myself or throw out ideas without you getting frustrated with me, especially in a \u003c5 minute consult... I'm sure you're a great doctor, but this isn't working anymore. Ultimately, the main issue is referrals. I was referred to a neuro with a bad rep for my particular issue, who wouldn't see me in person. I asked to see a different neuro and was initially told o\. I found a physio that was able to address a long standing issue, and getting the referral was a whole unnecessary conflict. It's just too much drama for what should be an easy visit.
