Ordered online from here, my order arrived before it said it would which is never a bad thing in my books! When I opened it, the packaging was very protective and all looked great! They even sent me a couple free extra gifts including some candy! Was such a nice surprise ! Very happy with my order!

Terrible customer service, got a bong and gag gift for valentines day to get a laugh out of my girlfriend. The package was withheld by Canada post for a item they put in the package I never even ordered from the site. Then it was sent back to them and instead of giving me a refund for a product I have never even got because of their policy. I would understand if I physically got the items and opened them but seeing as it's never even made it to my girlfriends house I would expect better customer service than rude replies from Sara. Would not recommend
