I highly recommend ITR anytime one needs to have the truth proven. First person you meet is Lesley. She is a very nice, kind person. She was very helpful. Then you meet Ken, who is very professional, nicely spoken and calm. He explains everything, no surprises. Having to prove your honesty is something one shouldn’t have to do but when you do, ITR Polygraph is the place to go. Bonus is Ruby, such a cutie. Thanks ITR!

after trying to book an appointment for a family issue and being told without reason that I cannot be helped due to a conflict of interest. this left me confused as I have no idea what that means. I left a review because I received horrible costumer service and that was my experience. I later received multiple calls and texts saying if I did not remove my comment she would take me to court and call the cops. and then said "she would sue us for breaking confidentiality (WE DID NOT) and then threatened to share our personal info for not removing the comment. in my opinion that is what reviews are for and it was a pretty scary situation when dealing with sensitive topics. Global polygraph test is the only BBB accredited (better business Bauru). She replied saying they are the only one and that is false information.
Tried to call here to ask questions and make an appointment. Was told to watch a documentary series to answer my questions. It didn’t really. Called back to make an appointment, was told they would call right back. When they didn’t, I called back and was not answered. Then seconds later received a text that they could not help me due to conflict of interest? I’m not sure what that means but it would have been far more professional to at least get a call back. These situations are stressful enough without having people that are supposed to help make it harder for you. Update*- I would like to clarify that I never pretended to be anyone else or look for anyone’s information. We were given ITRs information from a family member to call and make an appointment. That is what I did. I have never been through this before so I did have a few questions. I’m not sure if I said something wrong to the woman who answered the phone but was met with some confusing behaviour. My review was just for the customer service I received not for a service I received because we were not able to book the appointment.
Going into this I wasn’t sure what to expect or how it would go but Lesley and Ken were so amazing in making me feel comfortable and being thorough throughout the whole process! They discussed every step and procedure and even followed up with a written report leaving no room for mistakes. They were so understanding, reassuring, and compassionate I’m extremely grateful I made the decision to use their service! I felt like I could be open without judgement and that is such an important quality. Thanks again!
Ken and Lesley provided amazing and excellent customer service. They provided peace of mind, empathy and helped us sort out a very difficult and contentious issue. We will always recommend Ken and the services he provides!!

Going in I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Lesley made me feel very comfortable right away. They explained the whole procedure and told me it wasn't like the movies and I wasn't going to be blindsided. The follow up after and their genuine interest in helping was very nice and not expected at all. It ended up being a very good experience and was a big help for my situation. I want to thank Ken and Lesley for going above and beyond what service they provide and would highly recommend to anyone in need.
