Never been to a doctor office where you are told you are not able to accompany your own child to their appointment. My daughter has never had an xray before and I have no idea what is going on in the room with her. Too extreme co-vid rules in my opinion. I was also very rudely told that she is 13 and shouldn’t need parent. Shes only 12 by the way and a parent should also be able to assist their child with an appointment.

I came for an ultrasound appointment, I was happy with the experience. The technician was friendly and courteous. I have been to this place a few times over the years and have always been treated well. The appointment times have been met for the most part. The place is clean and tidy. There is lots of seating in the waiting room. Parking can be an issue at times as there does not seem to be enough spots for all the additional businesses in Hermitage Square but that’s minor. This is the closest imaging place from where I live so I’m sure at some point in time I will be back and I have no problem with that as my experience has always been good.

I was so impressed with the quality of service from insight north hermitage. From the reception staff to the ultrasound techs, they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all they were happy. Thank you for the excellent service!
I have visited this place today for an ECG and Xray. Had a good experience and the staffs were very friendly. The place is clean and tidy. Very well trained and knowledgable staffs. Waiting time is way less compare to other places. It is a great place once again whoever close to this location can utilize this Medical Imaging centre for their appointments.

Got in about five minutes early for my appointment, super friendly & helpful front staff. The receptionist noticed that I had more than one text on my req, so she asked if I needed a photocopy for the other one, which was very thoughtful. It ended up that she managed to get me in for the X-ray as well! When the radiologist saw something ‘off’ in my results, he ordered an immediate ultrasound for confirmation, which also happened quickly. I ended up with three different imaging tests done. Each of the techs was EXTREMELY pleasant and friendly. They each explained their process thoroughly and asked if I understood before starting the actual test. The ultrasound tech made many reassurances that I didn’t need to worry. She said she knew it could be scary when another test is ordered right away, but she took a lot of time to confirm for me what was actually happening. I live in the west end, but would definitely drive across the city to use this location again.
The staff at this facility were excellent! Personable, warm, efficient, on time, good social distancing protocols in place and enforced. I was impressed!
